Terms of Service

I. GENERAL*I DO NOT SUPPORT NFT/ AI/ CRYPTO USE OF MY ARTWORK.*I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time.*My comfort and needs comes first and foremost.*If there's any problem or issue of any kind please bring it to my attention and we can figure it out together to ensure your commission turns out the way you want.*There might be moments where your commission might take longer than expected, please communicate with me if this is a problem for you.*I apologize in advanced if I take too long to respond, all I can ask is for you to please be patient with me.KOFI COMM's
*I understand that some don't like to use Kofi when ordering a commission, but as it stands, that's how I would prefer to go about the commission ordering process.*But If your having trouble with the form or rather use a different method, please contact me via twitter or discord and we can go from there.==========*If you have any other questions or concerns that aren't addressed in this carrd, please contact me via email, twitter DMs or on my discord.

PAYMENT*Payment is NOT received until after the initial sketch is finalized and approved by you, the commissioner.*Payment is done through PayPal invoice using USD.*Your commission will not be worked on after the sketch until payment is received.*Tips are not mandatory but greatly appreciated, as PayPal takes a cut of all payment.

~~~~~~~~III. COMMISSIONER OBLIGATIONS*Please do not come into my DM's asking if my commissions are open. (the status of my commissions are always in my Twitter header and on my Tello for all to see.)* When asking for a commission, please just ask if there are any slots available, and we'll go from there together.*Please provide clear references for the character(s) of your choice. (hair/eye/skin color, outfit, little details you might want included etc etc)*If there's a certain pose or scene you want drawn, please let me know, otherwise I will draw whatever I think matches the characters you've given me to work with.*I will not take AI generated images as a reference source.*Please provide an email your comfortable with me having so I can deliver the HQ version of your commission.*Mood boards/Pintrest boards are welcome!*If you'd like personal updates on your commission process, please let me know at the start of your commission request, otherwise please take to viewing my Trello for process on your commission.*Please read my ToS thoroughly before contacting me.

~~~~~~~~IV. PROCESS*I will draft out a max of three sketches ONLY*Revisions are allowed and encouraged. I want to make your piece up to your standards but please note that there's a limit to how many times I will redo a commission piece.*WIPS will be sent via Discord, Twitter, or Email, whichever is your preferred method of contact.*If there's a certain day/time you need your commission by, you'll be marked as priority on my Trello. (Note, I WILL NOT do rush orders. Commissions will not be complete in 4 days or less)*I hold the responsibility of completing your commission in a timely manner but please keep in mind that sometimes outside forces such as my mental/physical health, family issues, life in general etc etc will get in the way of that and your commission completion might be delayed. I will let you know asap if something does occur so you aren't left in the dark.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICYI, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.*I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.*I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.*Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.*The final product is strictly for your personal use ONLY, unless stated by me, the artist, otherwise.*You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work.====You may use or edit the commissioned as you see fit in these ways:*Printing the work for personal use.*Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.*Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.====You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work by:*Claiming the artwork as yours.*Removing my watermark/signature when posting online.*Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.*Reproduce the work commercially without speaking to me about it, and gaining my permission to do so.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS*NO REFUNDS*If you wish to cancel your commission at anytime past the final sketch period for emergency reasons, please contact me.*I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time and issue you a refund if I think it necessary.*You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.
